We adhere to strict quality assurance guidelines, ensuring meticulous monitoring of laboratory results through daily instrument calibration and external quality controls. Our commitment to quality is reflected in our national certifications and ISO standards, which signify rigorous quality management across the organization.

Our Quality Assurance (QA) department plays a crucial role in this process. They issue and review standard operating procedures and working instructions, conduct internal audits, and host sponsor audits. Client feedback, whether from surveys, audits, or complaints, is centralized through our QA department and utilized for continuous process improvement. Each finding or complaint undergoes a thorough root cause investigation to determine appropriate corrective and/or preventive actions.

 QA department collaborates closely with other departments to implement these actions effectively. Regular training sessions and workshops are conducted to keep all employees updated on the latest quality standards and practices. This holistic approach helps maintain high-quality standards and fosters a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
